Balance is constant movement and change that maintains perfect harmony. Just as you adjust your steering wheel a little to the right or left to stay in your driving lane, so too is balance about constant forward movement and adjustments.

These healing powerhouses derive their individual frequencies partly from their color, and partly from their chemical and structural makeup. Ultimately, by keeping their frequency in proximity to your own you will allow them to positively influence your energy field.

Crystal Grids
Each crystal is unique and has its own purpose, its own special magic. It is a part of the earth coming to us to help us in our journey. When grouped together on a grid, their energies are amplified and can be activated for a purpose. Each grid we provide is created with Metatron, he knows which crystals are needed for each specific purpose, and adds his power to the intention of the crystal grid.

Color Healing
Just like sound, color is energy and has a specific frequency. The frequency of vibration of each of your chakras matches the frequency of a visual color. Color therapy takes the vibration of color and incorporates it into your energy field, where it changes the frequency of the chakra.
When your energy body is exposed to an outside frequency and absorbs it, the body then vibrates more similarly to the outside energy it was exposed to. This is why energy protection is so important.
Everything is made of energy and all energy can impact and change the energy around it. You can harness the beneficial side of this universal law by using color to correct imbalances. Chakra health can be supported by wearing a large array of colors, eating a large array of naturally colorful foods, and exposing yourself to a variety of colors in your home and workplace.
Color impacts your mood because it changes the frequency of your energetic body, and each emotion has a specific frequency as well! It is a powerful, readily-available tool to help you support your energetic health.
