Guilt Release
What to expect
Guilt acts as a toxin within the human body, it can create new traumas, make us feel deserving of struggle, make us doubt and fear our own behaviors, fear what we are capable of, fear repeating past actions and outcomes, but guilt can also manifest as physical pain, prolonged health conditions, or deterioration of physical or mental abilities. Guilt has the ability to move and to grow within the body, manifesting differently for each depending on where within the body it is being held.
In this session we work in your energy to release and clear guilt that is being held from this lifetime and past incarnations. This is a process that requires time to be completed and so the energies will be received by you each day for 21 days, the energies will come to you as you sleep in a way that will not disturb you.
Prior to our scheduled Zoom session the energy work will be completed for you, during your Zoom session we will discuss our findings, provide you with any information that was given to assist you, and answer any questions that you may have. Zoom sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes. A report of your results will be emailed to you after the Zoom session. If you would like your Zoom session recorded, please let us know at the start of your session. If you would like a Zoom session without being on video, or if you would prefer no Zoom session, please just let us know when you request the service.

Energetic Healing
Before your Zoom session we will spend time to complete all of the things listed below and heal any damage they have caused your energetic body.

We will work with your higher self to allow the feelings of guilt to be released and to call back your power.

Lightbearer energies will be brought in to support any physical healing that is needed.

The body will be placed into golden healing light to amplify the work that was done and allow a protected space for the energies to be received.
This session will take place remotely. As with all energetic healing, you may notice sensations during or after the healing, or you may notice nothing at all. It is best to drink water and be gentle with your body following an energetic healing. Some people may experience a physical or emotional reaction for several days following their healing. If you are experiencing sensations that are making you uncomfortable, please reach out to us so that we can assist you further.

A Zoom session is included as part of our service to give you an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. If you prefer to not have a Zoom session then you have the option to email us any questions you have. You will still receive a written report.
